Position Overview

Pay range: $45,397 - $73,770 / year

Join our biochemical genetics lab team and support the diagnosis of inherited metabolic and genetic disorders through specialized biochemical testing. You’ll perform complex assays tied to metabolic pathways, enzyme activity, and key biochemical markers. You’ll work in collaboration with geneticists and clinical teams in a highly specialized setting where you work plays a key role in identifying rare conditions and supporting long-time patient care.

This role is ideal if you want advanced technical training and exposure to rare disease diagnostics.

Working with a high degree of independence, to oversee projects within the clinical laboratory and to assume responsibility for the day to day operation of lab activities. To collect, enter, summarize, analyze and interpret clinical data. To contribute significantly to the planning/design of studies and to help develop long or short term goals.

Doctorate in a related field OR Master's degree in a related field and two (2) years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree in related field and four (4) years of related experience OR Associate's degree in related field and six (6) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. None required.
