What You'll Do- Own a variety of tasks related to the construction and start-up of a brand-new clinic.
- Travel extensively.
- Report directly to the Vice President of Clinic Development.
- Liaise with various vendors including but not limited to medical suppliers, office equipment providers, contractors and landscaping services.
- Negotiate contracts efficiently.
- Expect to travel 35%-45% of the time.
- Master the process of opening new clinics,from touring potential new sites to providing operational support post-launch.
- Ensure each clinic is fully equipped and ready for success.
- Create and manage construction and vendor schedules.
- Procure startup supplies and manage inventory.
- Assist the Marketing Team in all aspects related to new clinic launches.
- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing current clinic operations
- Embrace new skills with enthusiasm and agility.
- Continuously improve existing processes to maximize efficiency and recognize gaps where new standardized processes can improve your workflow.
- Work independently on detailed tasks during extended periods away from direct supervision.
- Work with local Clinic Managers to prepare materials for staff training and orientation at new clinics.
- Collaborate with Operations and 3rd party contractors to resolve construction and maintenance issues at new locations.
- Adapt quickly to challenges and assume leadership and managerial responsibilities as you grow within the company.
- Handle various other clinic-related duties as assigned, reflecting our dynamic and expanding environment.

- Our clinics are spread across multiple states, and you should be prepared for frequent travel, including overnight stays.
- You'll typically travel for week-long periods of time, returning to our headquarters in Downtown Birmingham, AL, when not on the road.
- Mileage and hotel expenses are reimbursed.
- As we plan to open 10-15 clinics annually, we need a dedicated road warrior to support our growth.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
