Practice Administrator

Job Summary:

Manage office operations and provide directions for team members.

Recruit, hire, and terminate personnel.

Develop and oversee clinic compliance programs.

Prepare monthly reports, review and analyze data and present to leadership, assess procedures and systems for process improvement.

Meet established budget/benchmarks for revenues, expenses, volumes, etc.

Maintain current knowledge on laws and regulations governing clinic business.

Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.

Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.

Education:

Associate's degree required with preference for bachelor's degree in related field.

Experience:

Requires three to five years of progressive healthcare management experience. Preference for experience in medical practice management.

Additional Skills/Abilities:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, good customer, interpersonal and communication skills (orally & writing); organization & time management skills.
