Overview
As a Front Office Concierge in our resort, the primary role is to assist guests in booking and setting up activities such as dining, golf, massage, and any other requests to help make their stay the best. Responds and coordinates all guest requests for special arrangements or services, courteously and efficiently, and informs guests of hotel services, features, and room amenities.
Excellent guest relations skills. Excellent verbal communication skills with guests and co-workers. Detail-oriented, team player. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well under pressure.
- Assist guests in booking and arranging activities (dining, golf, spa services, and other requests).
- Coordinate guest requests for special arrangements or services and communicate information about hotel services and amenities.
- Provide warm, courteous, and efficient guest interactions and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa is widely recognized as one of the finest resorts in the Birmingham area and central Alabama. Known as "The Castle", the resort has recently undergone renovations, a pool expansion, and an onsite golf course noted for its length. The event spaces include 18 event rooms, over 25,000 square feet of space, and a capacity of over 1,000 in the largest room.
The resort hosts a wide array of weddings, corporate meetings, social events, and more.
