Responsibilities- You'll represent the best of Pihakis Restaurant Group's culture and standards to our guests beyond the restaurant walls.
- Forge meaningful, memorable connections in our community.
- Ensure every catering event is executed flawlessly.
- Oversee all confirmed catering deliveries and events, bridging the gap between the sales and operations teams. Coordinating food preparations, scheduling, and serving during the event.
- Manage all off-premises/special events by consulting with guests to understand their needs, creating detailed catering plans, arranging equipment transportation, and ensuring seamless execution on the day. Supervise event staff to ensure food safety, health standards, and adherence to company culture are maintained throughout the event.
- Monitoring catering supply levels and staffing, communicating needs promptly.
- Maintain company vehicles with regular upkeep, cleanliness, and proper inventory management.
- Support the marketing and promotion efforts to boost all revenue centers of the company. Engage in ongoing cross-training across different areas of operations to help support the restaurant’s success, especially during the off-season
