Join the AAA Parking family and work as a Valet Attendant! Make extra money, meet new people, and provide exceptional service as the first and last point of contact for our guests. We seek individuals with a warm attitude, polished appearance, and a commitment to excellence to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome all arriving and departing guests in a proper manner.
- Communicate and answer all customer questions clearly and professionally.
- Open car and hotel doors for guests as well as assist with coats and luggage.
- Offer information about the services and facilities of the hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
- Assist guests with special needs or disabilities.
- Fill out valet ticket properly and conduct vehicle damage check.
- Retrieve and park vehicles for guests quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain keys in an organized and secure manner.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance at all times, adhering to AAA Parking's uniform and appearance standards.
- Ensure the valet area is clean, organized, and inviting.
- Work closely with the hotel staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate valet operations.
- Support team members during busy periods or special events.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the security of guests and their vehicles.
- Report any accidents, injuries, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
- Perform routine inspections of the valet area and equipment.
- Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Appearance:
Impeccable grooming and professional appearance, reflecting the high standards of our clients and AAA Parking. - Assistance: A genuine desire to assist guests, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise.
- Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds).
- Flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Successfully pass a background and driving record check.
- Previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service role preferred.
