Oak View Group - 1401 1st Avenue - Responsibilities:
Oversee the serving of meals to guests and direct guests to the buffet line;
Supervise the service of beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages; check guest's ;
Record guest orders and relay to the kitchen via the POS system;
Observe guests and respond to additional requests; determine when the meal is complete;
Assist in training, inventory, and special events; supervise banquet setup and maintain sanitation standards
