The Country Club of Birmingham is seeking an Assistant Banquets Manager to help lead our team in delivering over 1,000 annual events. You will supervise banquet staff, coordinate with kitchen and service teams, and ensure flawless event execution from setup to breakdown.
You will report to the Banquets Manager and contribute to the leadership team with a focus on guest satisfaction, staff coaching, and adherence to club standards and safety procedures.
