Banquet Server

As a Banquet Server at Marriott in our Food & Beverage Operations department, you will support memorable events by setting up function spaces, delivering professional table and buffet service, and anticipating guest needs throughout meetings, weddings, and special occasions. You'll coordinate closely with culinary and event teams, uphold Marriott's service and cleanliness standards, and ensure safe food and beverage handling. Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event orders, including tables, linens, place settings, and buffet stations
• Provide courteous, efficient food and beverage service during events, following Marriott and banquet standards
• Monitor guest needs, replenish items, and clear tables to maintain a clean, organized event space
• Collaborate with culinary and event teams to ensure timely, accurate service and special request fulfillment
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines to ensure guest safety
• Assist with post-event breakdown, storage of equipment, and reset for upcoming functions
