Restaurant Ambassador

Greystone Golf and Country Club seeks a Restaurant Ambassador to welcome and assist members in our dining venues. This role greets guests, manages reservations and seating, supports service staff, and ensures an exceptional, seamless dining experience. The Ambassador answers questions about menus and club events, coordinates with kitchen and bar teams, and helps oversee room flow during peak periods and special events.

Ideal candidates are polished, friendly, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a passion for high-end hospitality in a member-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and seat members and guests in dining areas
• Manage reservations, wait lists, and table assignments for efficient flow
• Serve as primary point of contact for member inquiries about menus and events
• Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen to support timely service
• Monitor dining room appearance and atmosphere; address issues promptly
• Assist with club events, banquets, and special functions as needed
• Handle basic POS tasks, checks, and payments accurately
• Resolve or escalate member concerns with professionalism
• Maintain knowledge of club amenities, events, and promotions
• Uphold club standards for appearance, hospitality, and service
