Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Banquet Captain to lead setup, service, and teardown for high-volume banquets at The Hanover Inn. You will direct hourly staff, coordinate food and beverage service, and ensure guest satisfaction.
A background in 4- or 5-star venues with synchronized service is preferred, along with knowledge of wines and cocktails. Excellent communication and composure under pressure are essential.
