Guest Service Agent

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Guest Services team as a Guest Services Agent
. The ideal candidate uses an engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they arrive and throughout their stay.

• Help guests discover their "Wanderlust" experience and provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking a sincere interest.
• Interact with all guests; welcome each guest to our hotel and, if they are arriving by motor vehicle, open their door upon arrival.
• Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check‑in.
• Park and retrieve guests’ vehicles as requested.
• Upon check‑in, escort guests and their luggage to their room while explaining hotel amenities and fun facts.
• Collaborate with other attendants to ensure each guest receives a personalized experience and consistently open the door for all guests.
• Assist the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized.
• Exceed expectations with guests and employees, doing more than the norm to make a difference.

• At least one year of experience in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for the past six months.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.
• Ability to work a full shift standing and moving between the valet lot and various hotel areas.
• Strong desire to make a positive impact on others.
• Outgoing and engaging demeanor.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to work in a fast‑paced setting and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

$15.00 - $15.00 per hour.
