Position: Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist - Mission Pet Health

The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist provides critical operational and administrative support to the talent acquisition function. This role ensures seamless execution of recruiting operations through meticulous data management, team coordination, training development, and process documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end new graduate onboarding process, ensuring seamless candidate experience and compliance with all onboarding requirements
  • Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, user guides, and training materials for talent acquisition systems and workflows
  • Audit and update standard operating procedures to reflect current processes and best practices
  • Track and submit team bonuses and incentive payments to payroll with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain talent acquisition organizational chart and region assignment sheet with current team structure
  • Update Avature datasets promptly with any teammate changes, organizational restructures, or role modifications
  • Conduct regular audits of Avature data to identify and correct inaccuracies, duplicates, and incomplete records
  • Partner with lane leaders to understand dashboard and reporting requirements
  • Test new reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy before deployment
  • Maintain documentation of available reports and train team members on how to access and interpret data
  • Design and deliver training programs for talent acquisition team on systems, processes, and best practices
  • Create slide decks as needed to support the team
  • Partners with recruitment marketing to create accurate people lists for campaigns
  • Analyze market trends in recruiting strategies, employer branding, and candidate experience
  • Compile competitive intelligence reports with actionable recommendations to maintain market competitiveness
  • Monitor industry benchmarks for time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and other key recruiting metrics
Required Education And Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations, HR systems, or related role
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Avature experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power Point
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
