About the Opportunity

Vaco Birmingham is assisting a rapidly growing healthcare technology company in their search for a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process while partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent across technical and corporate departments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, improving hiring processes, and supporting growth in a fast‑paced healthcare IT environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and social platforms
  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment activity in the ATS
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience recruiting for technical, corporate, or healthcare‑related roles
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Experience
  • Experience recruiting within healthcare, healthcare IT, or technology companies
  • Experience supporting high‑growth organizations
  • Knowledge of sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter
