About the Opportunity
Vaco Birmingham is assisting a rapidly growing healthcare technology company in their search for a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process while partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent across technical and corporate departments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, improving hiring processes, and supporting growth in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and social platforms.
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment activity in the ATS.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
- 5+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience recruiting for technical, corporate, or healthcare-related roles.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience recruiting within healthcare, healthcare IT, or technology companies.
- Experience supporting high-growth organizations.
- Knowledge of sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter.
The compensation for this role is $75,000 - $100,000 DOE; the individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and participate in medical, dental, vision benefits, and the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
