Vaco by Highspring in Birmingham, AL is seeking an HR & Recruiting Specialist to support talent acquisition and HR processes. You will coordinate interviews, assist onboarding, and handle HR tasks with strong organization and communication skills.
You will source and screen candidates, maintain the ATS, and help with benefits enrollment while collaborating with the HR team to improve processes and candidate engagement. Salary range is $70,000–$80,000 plus bonus.
