This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting recruiting efforts for a key division. This role is crucial for maintaining their talent pipeline and ensuring they find the best candidates for critical hourly positions.

If you are looking for a contract role and have Talent Acquisition experience

• Full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly roles in operations-facing positions.
• Proactive sourcing to identify and attract top talent.
• Thorough candidate screening to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
• Efficiently schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Review applications diligently and provide a positive candidate experience.

• Proven experience in a recruiting role, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and screening.
• Ability to commit to a 4-month contract, with potential to go longer.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience recruiting for industrial and/or skilled trade requisitions is a plus, but not required.
