Business Systems Specialist

• Monitor and support the processing of personnel transactions through an automated records and information management system
• Research and resolve processing exceptions
• Ensure personnel actions comply with established policies and procedures
• Maintain the integrity of employee records and system workflows
• Coordinate complex personnel and payroll-related processes using specialized business systems
• Work collaboratively with employees across departments to ensure accurate and efficient processing of personnel actions

• Work experience using a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) (e.g., SAP, UKG/Kronos, Lawson, Workday) to verify employee or applicant data
• Work experience communicating end to end business process, policies, and/or procedures to various stakeholders and end users.

Demonstrates expertise in managing personnel transactions and maintaining employee records within Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Proficient in ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while collaborating effectively across departments.
