• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.
• Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Support HR administrative tasks such as document management and benefits enrollment.
• Maintain applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Foster positive candidate and employee experiences through effective communication.
• Collaborate with HR and recruiting team to improve processes and candidate engagement.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and job fairs to attract top talent.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in HR and recruitment coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for team success.
