Job Title: Dayforce Payroll Specialist

Location: Birmingham, AL (on-site)

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually

Join a well-established distribution company headquartered in Birmingham, AL, as a Payroll Specialist. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to handle end-to-end payroll processes using Dayforce for our client’s workforce, which includes both hourly and salary workers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll for hourly and salary workers.
• Utilize Dayforce software for efficient and accurate payroll management.
• Transfer data from industry-specific software, ensuring a smooth and straightforward process.
• Follow clear directions and instructions for payroll tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to address any payroll-related inquiries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Dayforce software.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow directions and instructions effectively.
