Pay range: $63,875 - $103,800 / year

Job DescriptionThe Employee Relations Partner serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on complex workplace matters. This role independently manages employee relations cases, conducts workplace investigations, provides guidance on performance management and corrective action, interprets HR policies, and supports leaders in resolving workplace concerns.
The successful candidate must be able to work independently, exercise sound judgment, manage competing priorities, and navigate sensitive situations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Independently manage a high-volume caseload involving performance concerns, misconduct, attendance, workplace conflict, policy violations, and employee complaints.
- Advise leaders on performance management, corrective action, progressive discipline, and employee relations best practices.
- Conduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations consistent with organizational policies and employment laws.
- Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and employment laws to ensure consistent decision-making.
- Review disciplinary actions and employment decisions for consistency, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Assess complex employment situations and determine appropriate next steps, including escalation when necessary.
- Prepare and maintain accurate employee relations documentation and case records.
- Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve employee relations practices and workplace culture.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, and operational leadership as needed.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
- Three (3) years of dedicated Employee Relations experience or five (5) years of progressive HR experience with significant responsibility for employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, and corrective action.
Demonstrated experience independently managing complex employee relations matters and advising leaders on sensitive employment issues
