Work schedule will be Full-time on the Day Shift, Onsite M-F 8a - 4:30p.
SummaryResponsible for providing support to Leave Management and Employee Relations function of the Human Resources Department. Assists department in carrying out various Human Resources programs for all employees.
Education- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or other related field required
- Strong knowledge of word and excel required.
- Two (2) years of experience in human resources, required.
- Two (2) years of experience administering the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and other federal, state, and local leave regulations, preferred.
- Strong written and oral communications skills required.
- None required
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution
Nonessential:
- Bachelors of Science or Arts in Human Resources Management
Essential:
- 2 Years job experience as Staff Level with specialization in the field of Human Resources
Onsite M-F 8a - 4:30p, Day Shift, Monday-Friday Standard Days
