- Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio
- Support existing integrations
- Resolve integration issues requiring in-depth expertise in the Workday solution
- Develop and support integrations in Human Resources domains including Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting
- Provide documentation and artifacts for each phase of the development life cycle
- Develop test cases and peer review code of other developers
- Provide production support and respond to issues and incidents in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with technical best practices, standards, and policies determined by the HRIS team
- Work closely with internal and external resources
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience with Workday HCM integrations (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience with Workday integration types including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio
- 2+ years of experience creating Workday custom reports and calculated fields
- 2+ years integrating systems with third-party service vendors
- Good understanding of Workday security
- Experience with document transformation, XSLT, XPATH etc.
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external resources
- Effectively communicate by motivating and inspiring others through clear and proactive communication
- Make balanced decisions and think strategically by being a forward thinker
Proficient in designing, building, testing, and deploying Workday integration solutions, with a strong focus on Human Resources domains such as Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting. Demonstrates expertise in Workday integration types and compliance with technical best practices.
