Growing company seeking an organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to support the employee onboarding process from offer acceptance through the new hire’s first day. This is a great opportunity for someone with some HR or onboarding experience who is looking to grow their career in human resources.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
- Prepare and maintain new hire paperwork and personnel records
- Ensure required documents and forms are completed accurately and on time
- Communicate with new hires throughout the onboarding process
- Coordinate background checks, screenings, and other pre-employment requirements
- Partner with HR and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Maintain accurate employee information in HR systems
- Some prior HR or employee onboarding experience required
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Professional, approachable, and team-oriented
