Tech Coach & AI Workflow Lead

Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking an experienced Tech Coach & AI Workflow Lead to support ongoing workflow modernization and internal capability building. This role focuses on improving how teams work day to day through better tools, smarter processes, and hands‑on support.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working across departments, guiding teams through change, and turning complex systems into practical, usable solutions.

• Lead practical training sessions to help teams better use internal systems and tools
• Support the rollout and adoption of new platforms and process improvements
• Review existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth execution
• Develop reference materials, quick guides, and provide ongoing support
• Research and test new tools or enhancements that improve productivity
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching and group support as needed

• Experience training professionals on software, systems, or operational tools
• Background in operations, process improvement, knowledge management, or technology enablement
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives
• Curious, proactive, and adaptable to evolving tools and workflows
• Experience in professional services or regulated environments preferred

• On‑site role based in Birmingham
• Occasional travel for training or internal meetings
• Mix of independent work, collaboration, and live training sessions
