We’re hiring a KPI & Performance Manager to serve as the analytical backbone of our Production and Manufacturing systems. This is a back-of-house, high-impact role for someone who loves accuracy, systems, and turning raw data into clarity for decision-makers.
The RoleAs KPI & Performance Manager, you’ll ensure data integrity across Creature’s production and manufacturing platforms, maintain dashboards and reports, and deliver insights that drive real operational decisions. You’ll work closely with the Director of Productivity and Director of Manufacturing to make sure the numbers leadership relies on are accurate, timely, and actionable.
This role is ideal for a systems thinker who thrives behind the scenes, spots patterns others miss, and takes ownership of data quality end-to-end.
What You’ll Own- Data integrity across production and manufacturing systems
- Weekly and monthly performance reporting for leadership
- Power
BI dashboards and ad-hoc analysis - Cross-platform data flow (Procore, Smartsheet, Sage, Power
BI, internal apps) - Continuous improvement through data-driven insights
- Validate and audit production and manufacturing data for accuracy
- Maintain and improve Power
BI dashboards used by leadership and field teams - Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports with clear insights
- Support manufacturing data accuracy, including Kit of Parts (KOP) tracking
- Diagnose data issues, identify root causes, and improve workflows
- Coordinate with field teams to improve data collection practices
- Partner with IT to resolve system or platform issues (you identify → IT fixes)
- Document processes and help scale Creature’s digital operations with discipline
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Data, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in data operations, BI, analytics, or systems support
- Advanced skills in Power
BI, Excel, and SQL - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to translate data into insights leaders can act on
- Experience with construction or manufacturing platforms (Procore, Smartsheet, Sage)
- Experience supporting operations or production teams
- Comfort working independently with multiple priorities
- You reduce noise and create clarity
