Position Title
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer
LocationHybrid in Birmingham, AL
Position StatusFull Time – Direct Hire
Key ResponsibilitiesDynamics 365 & Power Platform Development
- Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions with a strong focus on Customer Insights (CIJ).
- Build and enhance integrations, plugins, workflows, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse components, and REST APIs.
- Ensure CRM solutions follow Microsoft best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines.
Data, Insights & Integration
- Partner with data and analytics teams to support customer data unification, segmentation, and insight generation.
- Support integration work involving Azure services, data pipelines, and enterprise API frameworks.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical design reviews.
- Engage in agile ceremonies including PI planning, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Deliver clear, well‑organized technical documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
The strongest candidates will bring 3–4 of the following:
- Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Insights (CIJ).
- Experience or exposure to Microsoft Fabric (data pipelines, analytics, or integration scenarios).
- Relevant Microsoft certifications or active pursuit (Dynamics 365, Customer Insights, Power Platform).
- Strong communication skills—you can translate complex technical concepts into business‑friendly language.
- Experience working in scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or similar).
- Proven experience developing within Dynamics 365 CRM (configuration, customization, extensions).
- Proficiency with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Experience working with REST APIs, Azure services, and third‑party integrations.
- Solid understanding of CRM data models, security roles, and system administration.
- Familiarity with Dev Ops pipelines, source control (Git, Azure Dev Ops), and automated deployments.
- Experience working in enterprise Agile/Scrum environments.
