PwC Tech – Gen AI Tech Lead
Full‑time position with travel up to 20 %. This role focuses on the design, build, and delivery of AI‑powered features and platforms that leverage large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation, and machine‑learning systems for production use.
OpportunityAs part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will lead the design, build, and ship of AI‑powered features and platforms, focusing on large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation, and machine learning systems in production. As a Senior Manager you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge to drive project success and promote operational excellence while interacting with clients at a significant level.
This position allows you to demonstrate impactful problem‑solving skills and foster meaningful client interactions to build lasting relationships.

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 6 years of experience in progressive roles focused on managing information technology applications and their overall impact on business strategies and productivity.
- In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, for each year of college not completed, demonstrate three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications or Computer Programming (preferred).
- Demonstrating skills in enhancing project outcomes.
- Utilizing knowledge to identify and address client needs.
- Fostering meaningful client interactions.
- Guiding teams through complex challenges.
- Owning the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI features.
- Staying current with advancements in generative AI technologies.
- Understanding cloud platforms and services.
- Working knowledge of database technologies.
- Craft and convey clear, impactful, and engaging messages that tell a holistic story.
- Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and/or opportunities.
- Validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback.
- Direct the team through complexity, demonstrating composure through ambiguous, challenging and uncertain situations.
- Deepen and evolve your expertise with a focus on staying relevant.
- Initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.
- Make difficult decisions and take action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.
- Model and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g. refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm’s code of conduct, and independence requirements.
Full‑time. Travel up to 20 % is required.
Salary range: $91,000 – $321,500. Compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
