We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, and support scalable CRM solutions that drive customer engagement and business insight. This role will work closely with product owners, architects, and cross‑functional teams in a scaled agile environment to deliver high‑quality Microsoft platform solutions.

• Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, with a strong focus on Customer Insights (CIJ)
• Build and maintain integrations, plugins, workflows, Power Platform components, and APIs
• Collaborate with data, analytics, and business teams to support customer data unification and insights
• Contribute to solution architecture discussions and technical design reviews
• Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines
• Provide clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

• The ideal developer will bring 3–4 of the following strengths:
• Extensive hands‑on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Insights (CIJ)
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric (data pipelines, analytics, or integration use cases preferred)
• Microsoft CRM / Customer Insights Developer Certification (or actively pursuing)
• Clear, confident communication skills — able to explain technical concepts to business partners
• Experience working in a scaled agile environment (SAFe or similar frameworks)

• Strong experience developing within Dynamics 365 CRM
• Proficiency with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Experience with integrations, REST APIs, and Azure services
• Solid understanding of data models, security roles, and CRM customization
• Familiarity with Dev Ops pipelines and source control
• Agile/Scrum experience in enterprise environments
