We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Systems Support Analyst to deliver enterprise-level IT support in a fast-paced, field-driven environment. This role is critical to ensuring operational continuity by providing responsive, high-quality technical support while maintaining the security, reliability, and integrity of the IT infrastructure.
As a primary point of contact for IT support, you will be responsible for triaging, troubleshooting, documenting, escalating, and resolving a wide range of technical issues across hardware, software, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems. This is a hands‑on role combining remote support with on‑site execution and onboarding activities, ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic, service‑oriented environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a primary IT support contact for enterprise users via ticketing systems and direct support channels
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across Windows environments, O365, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications
- Provide on‑site IT support including onboarding, hardware deployment, AV setup, and workstation configuration
- Support Active Directory, identity access management, security controls, and user provisioning
- Perform advanced troubleshooting across networks, servers, connectivity, and enterprise infrastructure
- Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures for knowledge base development
- Collaborate with internal IT teams for escalations, root cause analysis, and system improvements
- Support IT asset management, device lifecycle processes, and system integrations
- Maintain high standards for security, compliance, and data integrity

- Associate’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of hands‑on IT support experience across multiple technical disciplines
- Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365 (O365) platforms
- Strong understanding of network architecture, security fundamentals, and enterprise IT operations
- Experience with remote troubleshooting and enterprise‑scale support environments
- Active Directory, SCCM, Power Shell, RDP, Ps Exec
- Cisco and Fortinet networking technologies
- Service Now or enterprise ticketing systems
- Asset management platforms and ITSM tools
- SharePoint, Excel, Access, Printer Administration
- Monitoring and infrastructure tools (PRTG, Net Box, Putty)
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+
- Microsoft MS900 or equivalent
- Other relevant IT or cloud certifications
- Ability to perform on‑site technical work including lifting equipment, installing hardware, troubleshooting peripherals, and supporting AV systems
