Sr. Salesforce QA

Birmingham, AL

Long term Contract

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands‑on experience as a QA Engineer, with a strong focus on Salesforce testing.
• Familiarity with general healthcare industry regulatory requirements.
• Experience in healthcare industry preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Proficient in test case development, test execution, and defect management.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Test Complete, or Salesforce DX.
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools, such as JMeter or Load Runner.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data model, security model, and data governance best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or Salesforce Certified Administrator, are highly preferred.

• Development and operational support of applications on the Salesforce platform for our Business Development Team.
• Be able to participate in all stages of the product life cycle (Development, Introduction, Growth, Maturity, and Decline) for the applications and systems on the BD Salesforce platform.
• Configure and maintain salesforce functionality, security, and use functionality of salesforce like record groups, mass transfer scripts etc.
• Expert in basic salesforce features that are part of the admin duties. For example, roles, profiles, permission sets, user maintenance, record group functionality etc.
• Experience working with other cloud offerings such as Azure, AWS needed.
