Corporate:
Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.
- Supporting data engineering and analytics efforts through data extraction, transformation, and validation
- Navigating relational databases and writing SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of ETL processes using tools such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar
- Contributing to process automation initiatives using tools such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate, including automating data flows, reporting tasks, and operational processes
- Writing and maintaining scripts in C#, Power Shell, or similar languages to support data processing and automation
- Working with APIs and file-based data integrations (CSV, JSON, XML, etc.)
- Supporting reporting and analytics deliverables using tools such as Power BI or other BI platforms
- Assisting with documentation, testing, and continuous improvement of data and automation solutions
- Collaborating with senior team members to learn best practices in data engineering, analytics, and automation
- Ability to deliver quality work with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to learn
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Candidates graduating after December 2025 will not be considered.
- This onsite entry level role in Birmingham, AL offers compensation typical for entry-level financial services positions in the region.
- Relocation will not be provided for this position.
