We are seeking a SCADA & OT Systems Specialist to support enterprise SCADA and OT environments across multiple operating entities. This role will focus on maintaining system reliability, supporting internal customer requests, and ensuring proper administration of OT infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SCADA and OT system management and be comfortable working at the intersection of IT and operational environments.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily administration and maintenance of SCADA and OT systems.
- Manage user access and system permissions within Active Directory.
- Support virtual machine hosts and server environments used in OT systems.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with IT and operational teams.
- Work with internal customers to address SCADA and OT-related requests.
- Maintain documentation and assist with system updates or improvements as needed.
- 3+ years of experience supporting SCADA and/or OT systems.
- Experience managing IT and OT system environments.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and virtual machine hosts.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across networked systems.
- Proactive mindset with strong personal accountability.
