The Social Media Strategist role at Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is a crucial part of our digital advocacy strategy. This position exists to enhance our brand’s visibility and influence across social media platforms, ensuring our message reaches those who need it most. By combining paid and organic strategies, the Social Media Strategist will expand our reach, engage our audience, and solidify our position as a leader in the legal field.

What you’ll do:
  • Social Strategy & Planning: Develop cross‑channel social strategies aligned with brand, case priorities, and campaign goals.
  • Channel Ownership: Manage Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, X/Twitter, and You Tube/Shorts, evaluating emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Content Calendar & Publishing: Oversee an integrated calendar and coordinate with teams to publish timely, on‑brand content.
  • Community Management: Monitor and engage with audience interactions, ensuring positive brand representation.
  • Paid Social Strategy & Execution: Optimize paid campaigns through audience segmentation, retargeting, and dynamic budgeting.

    Collaboration:

    Partner with creative teams to develop compelling content tailored for various platforms.
  • Measurement & Analytics: Implement tracking and analyze key metrics to derive actionable insights for campaign improvements.
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience: Proven track record in leading social media strategies across both paid and organic channels.
  • Platform Expertise: Strong familiarity with Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, X/Twitter, and You Tube/Shorts, understanding algorithm nuances.
  • Analytics & Attribution: Proficiency in A/B testing, conversion tracking, and engaging with various analytics tools.
  • Tools: Experienced in social scheduling, listening tools, UTM building, and dashboard analytics.
  • Content & Community: Strong skills in copywriting, briefing, and engaging in reputation management.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross‑functionally with creative, web, intake, and leadership teams.
  • Regulated Industry Savvy: Experience in legal or other regulated sectors is a plus.
  • Mindset: Driven, data‑oriented, with a proactive approach and capability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
