Job Description
A client of Insight Global’s is looking for a NOC technician to join their team in Birmingham, Alabama for their second shift:
Tuesday through Saturday 3:00pm-11:00pm. This individual will be proactively monitoring the data center and communication networks. You will be responsible for managing tickets and solving issues for internal customers and escalating tickets if needed. Tickets will be resolved according to Standard Operating Procedures as well as developing and maintain new NOC policies and tools. pay range 19-21.21/hr

- Ability to work independently and stay organized

- Exposure to Control-M, JAMS, & Service Now
- Experience with App Dynamics or Splunk
- Previous NOC experience
