Integration Consultant, Core Mobile Communications

Description

The Integration Consultant supports customer installations and upgrades and serves as a conduit between customers and integration vendor partners. The role leads and coordinates efforts with colleagues in product enhancements, modifications, and installations.

• Setup and install Symphony Mobile Communication module interfaces.
• Provide consultative analysis of current dispatch operations.
• Recommend best practice workflows to customers to fully utilize integration modules.
• Test modifications and enhancements to integration modules.
• Provide small and large group training to customers.
• Conduct remote training sessions with clients on an as-needed basis.
• Assist sales team with technical information and Statements of Work.

• Ability to learn internal software and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and projects efficiently.
• Ability to interact with varying organizational levels confidently.
• Ability to communicate technical information coherently to a variety of stakeholders.

• Ability to travel 50-75%, with occasional weekend travel.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience providing customer support and/or training, required; or 6+ years of providing customer software support and/or training, required.
• Working knowledge of the transportation industry, preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, required.
• Experience setting up and installing Symphony Mobile Communication module interfaces, required.
• Experience testing modifications and enhancements to integration modules, required.
• Experience with McLeod’s suite of products, preferred.
