Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – Hybrid | Birmingham, AL Area – Contract-to-Hire (6 Months) – $55–$62/hr (Conversion Salary: $120K–$130K)

We are partnering with a highly respected healthcare organization to identify a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join their growing team. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex data challenges, and wants to play a key role in improving operational reporting and analytics across healthcare programs.

Schedule:

Hybrid schedule currently requires on-site presence 3 days per week.

• Build and support reporting, analytics, and automation solutions
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts and SSIS processes
• Support operational effectiveness initiatives across healthcare programs
• Improve reporting accuracy, data insights, and workflow efficiencies
• Assist with compliance reporting tied to CMS and healthcare oversight agencies

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or business intelligence
• Strong SQL scripting and SSIS experience
• Experience with reporting and automation initiatives
• Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI/reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
