As a leader, you will utilize your deep technology abilities with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), application engineering and architecture while applying your understanding of the products and services within one or more of the bank’s segments of business. Specifically, you will focus on the application of Intelligent Automation technologies – Robotic Process Automation, Conversational AI, Doc AI, Machine Learning – to support business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Software Engineering experience with system automation and robotic process automation
- Digital Transformation Strategy
- Application Programming Interface (API)
- Cloud Computing
- Agile Philosophy and Dev Ops Methodology
- CI/CD
- Leadership ability to lead technology professionals, build relationships with business leaders and successfully lead multiple initiatives to solve for critical business needs
- Strong Communication and Influencing Skills
- Banking or Financial Services Technology
- Prefer experience with large, complex financial services or banking industries
- Manages multiple development projects, development groups and/or application support functions for a major business segment.
- Oversees the development and implementation of multiple, complex, organization-wide systems .
- Allocates and ensures resource arrangements during the application development life cycle .
- Maintains relationships with clients to ensure the implementation quality of application systems .
- Provides solutions or recommendations on complicated technology issues for application development and implementation .

Application Delivery Process – Knowledge of major tasks, deliverables, and formal application delivery methodologies; ability to utilize these in order to deliver new or enhanced applications.
Application Development Tools – Knowledge of and ability to utilize a variety of specific tools and toolkits for the development and support of applications.
IT Environment – Knowledge of an organization's IT purposes, activities and standards; ability to create an effective IT environment for business operations.
Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
