Pay Rate: $40.00 - $46.00per hr.

Our client is seeking a technically oriented Digital Product Analyst to serve as a critical conduit between Business/Product teams and Technology. This role focuses on understanding business needs, translating them into Epics and robust User Stories, and ensuring clear technical alignment on how applications will function. The ideal candidate has a developer or technical project management mindset and can effectively bridge business requirements with technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business asks and translate them into well-defined Epics.
• Act as the primary bridge between Product and Technology teams regarding application functionality and technical feasibility.
• Elicit, extract, and document detailed requirements through strong listening and facilitation skills.
• Partner with Product Owners to build robust, high-quality User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Articulate complex technical concepts (APIs, system behavior, etc.) in clear, accessible language to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leverage technical knowledge to support dependency management and delivery alignment across teams.
• Contribute to the development of digital applications supporting consumer products, small business products, deposits, loans, and credit cards.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of experience in Information Security/Technology
• High School Diploma or GED and eight (8) years of experience in Information Security/Technology
• 4+ years of experience in a technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Technical Project Manager, or similar role.
• Technology-leaning background with a developer or technical project management mindset.
• Solid understanding of API foundations and AWS services.
• Strong requirements elicitation, listening, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.

Preferred

Skills:

• Hands-on development experience (even light coding or scripting background is a plus).
• Financial services experience, particularly with digital financial products (consumer, small business, deposits, loans, credit cards).
• Experience working in Agile environments supporting digital sales and originations platforms.
