The Business Analytics Manager Senior leads the reporting and analytics function within the Enterprise Change Office. You drive scalable, data‑driven insights to enable effective risk mitigation, financial stewardship, and reduction of enterprise impact as change is implemented. You are accountable for defining and measuring value realization through adoption, behavioral, and outcome‑based metrics, and for delivering predictive and actionable insights that inform strategic decision‑making and portfolio prioritization.
Your role strengthens data governance and analytics standards, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and auditability. You partner cross‑functionally across Finance, Risk, HR, Technology, and Strategic Portfolio Management to deliver integrated, enterprise‑level insights. You translate complex data into clear executive narratives that influence leadership decisions and build and lead a high‑performing analytics team.
Responsibilities- Direct strategic design, management, and implementation of enterprise‑wide business analytics programs to drive customer solutions, service innovation, and profitability.
- Lead development and execution of complex analytical solutions to meet business requirements.
- Research, develop, and adopt new and emerging analytics technologies; identify technology‑based business opportunities.
- Implement mechanisms to ensure information accuracy, integrity, and risk management for senior leadership needs.
- Direct, motivate, develop, and manage performance of the management team and key staff.
- Customer Focused – Understand customer needs and satisfaction to guide business decisions and create customized solutions.
- Managing Risk – Assess and manage all risks associated with business objectives to align with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

- University or college degree required; advanced degree (Master’s, Ph.D.) desirable.
- Industry experience 8+ years; at least 5 years of prior management experience.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- No required certifications or licenses.
