We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Systems Analyst with a strong understanding of Agile principles to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex business systems, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Experience with user story creation, backlog management, and the ability to facilitate collaboration within a cross-functional team, while leading the analysis and translation of business needs into technical requirements within an iterative development process.

- Analyzes, defines and documents clients' requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges as necessary
- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst with proven ability to lead complex projects
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical requirements
- Expertise in system analysis methodologies, indicating data modeling, process mapping, and requirements gathering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $55,000.00 - $. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
