Overview

The Customer Implementation Success Champion will play a fundamental role in ensuring that our customers achieve a successful go-live with McLeod Software before moving to long-term support. In this role, you’ll partner closely with both customers and internal implementation teams to drive adoption, reduce risk, and provide proactive support for long‑term customer success and relationship management.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as customer advocate during software implementation, providing support and issue resolution
  • Partner with customers to drive software adoption, providing guidance and training
  • Collaborate with internal implementation teams to share insights, identify gaps, and keep projects on track
  • Participate in customer meetings, providing updates, recommendations, and progress reporting to key stakeholders

Requirements
  • Experienced with EDI, FSS, Mobile Communications, etc.
  • Experience working on implementation/integration projects
  • Experience providing training experience or teaching in a formal or informal environment
  • Experience with McLeod Software products in a support or training capacity (required)
  • Transportation industry knowledge/experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with McLeod Software (required)
