The Customer Implementation Success Champion will join the project team and play a fundamental role in ensuring that our customers achieve a successful McLeod Software go-live before moving to long-term support. In this role, you’ll partner closely with both customers and internal implementation teams to drive adoption, reduce risk and provide proactive support for long-term customer success and relationship management.

• Serve as customer advocate during implementation, providing support and issue resolution
• Partner with customers to drive software adoption, providing guidance and training
• Collaborate with implementation teams to identify gaps, and keep projects on track
• Participate in customer meetings, providing recommendations and progress reports

• A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping others succeed
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong collaboration skills

• Experienced with EDI, FSS, Mobile Communications, etc.
• Experience working on implementation/integration projects.
• Experience with McLeod Software products in a support or training capacity (preferred)
• Transportation industry knowledge/experience (preferred)

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Previous experience with McLeod Software or similar software platforms (preferred)
