Overview
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Product Analyst in Birmingham, AL. Our client is seeking a Digital Product Analyst II to support digital product and technology initiatives within a fast‑paced Agile environment. This individual will function similarly to a Business Systems Analyst, acting as a bridge between product and technology teams to ensure business needs are translated into functional requirements and technical solutions.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Product Owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to define product and system requirements.
- Translate business needs into epics, workflows, and detailed functional requirements.
- Support Agile delivery teams by helping refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Serve as a liaison between product and technical teams to ensure alignment on application functionality and integrations.
- Assist in documenting workflows, dependencies, and system interactions.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non‑technical audiences.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for Agile tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
- Support applications and digital initiatives within a financial services environment.
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or 6+ years of overall relevant experience.
- Agile experience in a product, BSA, systems analyst, or technical project environment.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
- Relevant Agile or technical certifications.
- AWS knowledge or cloud exposure.
- Development or technical project management background.
- Financial services, banking, or fintech experience.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
