We are looking for a client-facing Copilot Consultant (Associate/Assistant Manager level) who can help clients plan, deploy, and realise value from Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. You will shape use cases, enable secure and responsible adoption, and configure and extend Copilot capabilities (including Copilot Studio) so that users can achieve measurable productivity and quality improvements. This person must be comfortable speaking to client and internal teams on technical and adoption matters.
TheCopilot Consultant will be responsible for:
Delivery & Enablement
- Support end‑to‑end Microsoft 365 Copilot engagements: readiness assessment, pilot design, deployment support, and post‑go‑live optimisation.
- Configure and extend Copilot experiences using Copilot Studio (topics/actions, connectors, knowledge sources) in line with client needs and governance.
- Enable information grounding for Copilot by improving content findability and quality (SharePoint/One Drive information architecture, metadata, permissions hygiene).
- Define and implement an adoption measurement approach (usage, satisfaction, time saved, quality) and establish feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.
- Run use case discovery workshops and translate business processes into prioritised Copilot scenarios across Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Develop role‑based prompt guidance and reusable prompt libraries aligned to client policies, tone, and expected outputs.
- Guide users on responsible and effective use of Copilot, including verification techniques, citing sources, and handling sensitive data appropriately.
- Assess and remediate oversharing and access risks that impact Copilot responses, aligning remediation activities with business priorities.
- Advise on and help implement governance controls using Microsoft Purview, SharePoint governance capabilities, and identity/security best practices.
- Produce clear delivery artefacts (readiness assessment outputs, governance decisions, use case catalogue, training materials) that improve repeatability and delivery quality.
- Engage stakeholders to shape Copilot objectives, success measures, and a pragmatic plan spanning technical readiness, governance, and user enablement.
- Support scoping, estimation, and delivery planning; produce high‑quality client‑facing documentation and presentations (business case, roadmap, adoption plan).
- Collaborate with adjacent teams (Modern Work, Security, Power Platform, Data/AI) to integrate Copilot into broader solutions and operating models.
- Stay current with Microsoft Copilot capabilities (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio) and the evolving Microsoft security/compliance landscape, bringing innovation into client solutions.
- Hands‑on experience supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments, including readiness, pilot, rollout, and value tracking.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Exchange, Viva) and how information architecture and permissions impact Copilot results.
- Experience with Copilot Studio (building and managing copilots/agents, configuring knowledge sources, connectors/actions, authentication, and publishing).
- Good understanding of tenant readiness requirements and controls relevant to Copilot (identity/access, sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, eDiscovery, audit).
- Experience designing user enablement assets such as training materials, prompt libraries, guidance, and communications aligned to business roles.
