Senior Salesforce Administrator (Hybrid - Birmingham, AL)
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of a well‑established Salesforce environment and help drive ongoing optimization and enhancement efforts. This role supports critical business processes, reporting, and overall operational efficiency.

Hybrid (~3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
- Own day‑to‑day Salesforce administration and system health
- Serve as primary intake point for business requests and enhancements
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data integrity
- Design, implement, and enhance workflows using Flow and declarative tools
- Coordinate releases with Product Management and technical teams
- Track project timelines, backlog prioritization, and deliverables
- Maintain clear system and process documentation
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders
- 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, reports, and dashboards
- Hands‑on experience with Flow Builder and declarative automation tools
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with managed packages (legal tech platforms preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce Dev Ops practices (environment management, releases, CI/CD)
- Experience with tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Azure Dev Ops
- Project coordination across cross‑functional teams
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments
- Experience with integrations (CTI, document management, e‑signature tools)
