The Senior Cybersecurity Analyst will lead incident response, vulnerability management, and regulatory compliance for a fast‑moving financial organization.

• Watchdog Mode: Monitor and analyze alerts from SIEM, EDR, and intelligence feeds to identify threats before they make headlines.
• Incident Commander: Lead when incidents occur, coordinate response, trace the threat, and lock it down.
• Vulnerability Sleuth: Identify weaknesses and help teams patch them before attackers can exploit them.
• Regulation Rock Star: Stay current on compliance standards such as GLBA, PCI, SOX, and FFIEC.
• Risk Whisperer: Work with audit, compliance, and risk teams to identify gaps and close them with scalable solutions.
• Third‑Party Sheriff: Assess vendors and partners to ensure their security posture does not expose the organization to risk.
• Drill Sergeant: Conduct penetration tests, tabletop exercises, and what‑if scenarios to ensure readiness.
• Documentation Guru: Keep incident playbooks sharp, audits smooth, and risk assessments tight.
• Mentor‑in‑Chief: Share expertise, guide junior team members, and raise the bar across Security Operations.

• A degree in Cybersecurity, Info Sec, CS, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, ideally within fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Mastery of regulatory frameworks (GLBA, PCI, SOX, FFIEC).
• Command over SIEMs, EDR, firewalls, and vulnerability management tools.
• Solid grasp of Windows, Linux, cloud ecosystems, and secure network architecture.

• A sharp mind and a calm hand in high‑pressure situations.
• Confidence communicating technical details to engineers and explaining risk to non‑technical executives.
• Integrity and confidentiality are second nature.
