Torch Technologies is seeking an Information Systems Security Manager **(ISSM)
** to maintain responsibility for cybersecurity activities associated with day-to-day security operations and software development life cycles within CMOS, OLVIMS and MARKS. CMOS is a joint use program. Air Force, Army, Navy, Marine Corps, National Security Agency, and Defense Contract Management Agency transportation activities use CMOS to automate and streamline base level cargo movement processes and support rapid movement of military assets worldwide.

CMOS is a DoD directed program which addresses critical shortfalls in moving cargo and people in support of the DoD mission. CMOS automates and streamlines base-level cargo movement processes in peacetime as well as cargo and passenger movements during contingencies. OLVIMS Dispatch is utilized by Vehicle Operations personnel to manage transportation requests, dispatch vehicles and manage driver utilization. The application is also used to issue and track Air Force Motor Vehicle Operator Identification Cards (driver licenses) and Driver Records, to include vehicle qualifications, restrictions, certifications, and violations.

MARKS is part of the Headquarters Air Force Logistics, Engineering & Force Protection (AF/A4) portfolio and used to support household good shipments of military members and authorized DoD civilians. HQ Personal Property Activity (HQ PPA) utilizes MARKS to receive, track, and store all documentation related to the shipment of household goods. MARKS captures, routes, manages, shares and archives high volumes of personnel information (over 7 terabytes) critical to support household shipments of military members and authorized DoD civilians.

Users of ONBASE include Joint Personal Property Shipping Office (JPPSO), Personal Property Processing Office (PPPO), Defense Finance Accounting Service, Claims Offices, and Housing Offices. This position supports the GBS Transportation Systems portfolio of CMOS, OLVIMS and MARKS.

* Required Qualifications:

** This position requires a highly motivated individual with experience in cybersecurity. The ISSM is responsible for ensuring the appropriate operational security posture is maintained for the assigned IT. This includes the following related to maintaining situational awareness and initiating actions to improve or restore cybersecurity posture:

The ISSM is the primary cybersecurity technical advisor to the AO, PM, and ISO. The ISSM ensures the integration of cybersecurity into, and throughout, the lifecycle of the IT, on behalf of the AO and in accordance with DoDI 8510.01 for the following:
* Completes and maintains required cybersecurity certification IAW AFMAN 17-1305;
* Must be U.S. citizen
* Ensures all AF IT cybersecurity-related documentation is current and accessible to properly authorized individuals;
* Supports the PM or ISO in maintaining current authorization to operate, approval to connect (if required), and implementing corrective actions identified in the plan of actions and milestones;
* Coordinates, with the PM and AO staffs, development of an ISCM strategy and monitors any proposed or actual changes to the system and its environment;
