As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Asset Management Group (AMG) organization, you will be based in Birmingham, AL;
Strongsville, OH;
Denver, CO;
Phoenix, AZ;
Pittsburgh, PA; or Dallas, TX.

What we are looking for:

• Business Systems Analysis & Solution Alignment – Partner with AMG business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and system workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements while considering data, process, and technology constraints.
• Support solution design by validating requirements, identifying dependencies, and ensuring alignment with downstream systems and enterprise standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technology delivery teams to drive shared understanding of scope, priorities, and outcomes.
• Facilitate working sessions, requirement reviews, and walkthroughs to validate understanding and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Communicate effectively across both sales-focused and process-focused groups, tailoring messaging to audience needs.

• Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning, and implementation of cross‑functional applications.
• Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
• Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; enhances system productivity, as needed.
• Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results.
• Analyzes, defines and documents client requirements, and revises existing system logic challenges, as necessary.

• Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
• Managing Risk – Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification preferred.

Base Salary: $55,000.00 - $. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
