As an Infrastructure Engineer Sr. within PNC's Technology organization, you can be based in Pittsburgh PA, Strongsville OH, Birmingham AL, Phoenix AZ or Dallas TX.

Core Responsibilities

Building Automation:
Creating platforms and pipelines to provision servers, databases, and networks programmatically.

System Abstraction:
Developing APIs, microservices, and reusable frameworks so other developers can deploy code without worrying about underlying hardware.

Site Reliability & CI/CD:
Writing automated testing and deployment routines to ensure zero-downtime releases.

Configuration Management:
Using code to enforce consistency across production, testing, and development environments.

Essential Skills Stack

Languages:

Python, Bash, or Power Shell.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Terraform, or AWS Cloud Formation.

Containerization & Orchestration:
Docker and Kubernetes.

Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Dev Ops Practices:
Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, ArgoCD

Config management:
Ansible

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
